Hello. I’m Michael Graziano (or just Graz).

I’m a creative director with a background in art direction and design, and over a decade of experience leading and crafting ideas that live beyond traditional advertising. From social and integrated campaigns to games, live experiences, and tech-led brand actions.

I believe the best work doesn’t just communicate a message, it proves something, invites participation, and earns its place in culture.

When I’m not working, I’m reading and writing fiction, watching and playing football (poorly), gaming, and spending time with my wife Josephine and our two sons, Leo and Marco.
